Pipe Fabrication Drafting

Prozus offers fabrication drafting and designing for any pipeline fabrication and construction projects. Our team is capable of generating 3D piping models as well as generate isometric and spool drawings from existing models using programs like isogen, spoolgen or Acorn output from programs like SmartPlant, CADWorx, SolidWorks, AutoCAD Plant 3D etc.  Our Cut Sheets and Material Take Offs(MTO) are generated to fabrication shop’s specific requirements. We work side by side with our clients in developing the drawings for the fabrication shop floor’s requirements as well as on a timeline that is demanded by the project. For piping drafting projects our team could involve:

1. Per spool drawing price (based on project size)
2. Lump sum project price
3. Hourly basis

The final output drawings could be delivered in AutoCAD or Acorn and/or PDF format. Please see below some samples of drawings and MTOs produced by our team for clients.
