Yes. Our IT staff collaborate directly with your IT team to ensure a seamless connection between your systems and your new offshore office.
We offer fractional leadership support based on the size of your team. - HR is 2 hours per month per person - Operations Management support is 3 hours per month - IT Support is 3 hours per month - General Admin support is 4 hours per month - Recruitment Support is as needed at a predetermined rate agreed upon in advance When a group reaches 50 people or more, there will be a dedicated operations manager, HR person, two IT people, two Admins, and a Recruiter as needed. Team Leads and Projects Managers are responsible for a maximum of 10 people per person.
We offer a team buyout package of 2 years worth of total monthly average cost of the team. Note that this would involve you registering your own company in India and the need to add HR, IT and Operations managers to independently operate the company.
