Laura Vero-Augustine

Chief Operating Officer
Laura Vero-Augustine is the Chief Operating Officer of Prozus, where she leads operational strategy and execution, translating long-term vision into practical, scalable results. With a background spanning architectural technology, information management, and large-scale energy projects, she brings deep expertise across the full project lifecycle, particularly in data, document, and 3D model management, process optimization, and automation. Laura is known for simplifying complex, data-heavy systems into clear, efficient workflows that support engineering, construction, operations, and asset management. At USxI, she drives innovation through AI-enabled and automation-focused services grounded in real client needs, improving efficiency and reliability across technical environments. Her leadership blends strategic insight with hands-on problem solving, and she was recently recognized as the 2025 Women Innovators in Tech (WIT) Crown of Excellence Ambassador of Innovation.

Dave Bradbury

Director of Global Operations
Dave is the Director of Global Operations for Prozus, responsible for ensuring seamless processes from client requests to quality project delivery. With 17 years of experience in Calgary’s Oil & Gas industry working with major EPCs and owners, he has returned to the UK to expand the company’s capabilities in the Construction and Manufacturing sectors. Over his 42-year career across the UK, France, and Canada, Dave has worked in all areas of engineering, specializing in 3D design, AI, AR, and emerging technologies.

Xavier Anand

VP of Delivery
Xavier Anand Charles is the Director of Global Delivery, Engineering & Design at Prozus, with over 24 years of experience in mechanical engineering and organizational leadership. He has led major projects across multiple organizations and is known for building high-performing departments, establishing efficient processes, and delivering high-quality results. Xavier’s expertise spans ISO compliance, project planning, risk management, vendor coordination, and team leadership, consistently driving operational excellence and organizational growth.

Alex Stone

Business Development Manager
Alex has a BBA in Supply Chain, worked at a pipeline manufacturing company for 2 years in Calgary, and started a business venture collecting waste cooking oil from restaurants to turn into renewable fuel and biodiesel from 2021-2025. He is using the experience of marketing, sales, and building a team from that business to do the same with Prozus.
